I am the third generation of Kirschenbaum's to be involved with food service. My grandfather had butcher shop in Brooklyn, NY. My grandmother was a celebrated baker in NYC during the 80's; and with my father and  his brothers,  pioneered the gourmet Kosher restaurant experience.  I have been following in their footsteps cooking professionally since 2002. In 2007 I graduated from The French Culinary Institute in Manhattan. I have spent time working in New York City, Mexico, and Israel.
